Billie Eilish dominó los American Music Awards 2025 la noche del lunes 26 de mayo, ganando en las siete categorías en las que fue nominada, incluyendo el premio más importante: artista del año.
Durante la transmisión por CBS, SZA subió al escenario para recibir dos premios: artista femenina favorita de R&B y canción favorita de R&B por “Saturn”. Otros grandes ganadores fueron Lady Gaga y Bruno Mars, quienes compartieron los premios a video musical favorito y colaboración del año por “Die With a Smile”, y cada uno se llevó también un galardón propio: Bruno por artista masculino favorito de pop y Gaga por artista favorita de dance/electrónica. Eminem envió un mensaje en video tras ganar como artista masculino favorito de hip-hop y también se llevó el premio a álbum favorito de hip-hop por The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce). Beyoncé obtuvo dos premios: artista femenina favorita de country y álbum favorito de country por Cowboy Carter.
